Wood Pieces Set for Capital Letters
The Wood Pieces Set and activities help children develop fine motor, social, vocabulary and letter formation skills.

Mat for Wood Pieces
The Mat is made of foam, similar to a mousepad. It is blue and measures 8½" by 11". In the top left corner is a bright yellow smiley face. By following the teacher's demonstration, children place the Wood Pieces on the Mat to make capital letters. They learn to make all capital letters correctly—right side up, in the correct sequence of pieces, and facing the right way.
